2020 Annual Report - NEW!
The work of Habitat for Humanity became even more critical with the onset of the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. With the world suddenly sheltering at home, it became harder not to think about those who lacked a safe, stable, affordable home to turn to as their sanctuary. Habitat South Carolina continued to serve communities and affiliates, navigate disaster response from tornadoes, and distribute PPE to healthcare organizations and first responders. The state organization used its voice to advocate for affordable homeownership and partnered with funders to ensure that home was not forgotten during the crisis. IRS Form 990
Habitat for Humanity South Carolina seeks to educate the public and affiliates about best practices in nonprofit governance.
