Habitat for Humanity South Carolina is governed by a Board of Directors, following the duties outlined in the organization’s Bylaws, the SC Nonprofit Corporation Act, and IRS Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(3). Directors are elected to represent the four regions of the state and the body is composed of diverse voices consisting of affiliate leaders and community representatives.
